Description: As a preferred contractor of Wates Construction, Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd carried out 2000m2 Sika-Sarnafil exposed single ply warm roof works and an inverted Sika-Liquid Plastics system, complete with steel and aluminium metal decking, mansafe system and composite panels at the New Selby Leisure Centre. Following a fire that devastated the previous leisure centre, Richmond Roofing (Single Ply) Ltd worked with the Client to develop a roof system incorporating Rockwool insulation and infills for added fire protection.
